Expand your range of stretching and suspension exercises with this stable hanging support system.
The complete set includes two ropes with 10cm-spaced stops for height adjustment, wide 8cm strap, two metal rings, and two carabiners for securing the strap to the ropes. Components attach to ceiling anchors using loop knots (liščí smyčka).
Ceiling anchors are not included and must be purchased separately.
Straps are machine washable at 40°C.
With proper installation, the set supports up to 120kg.
