These Terms and Conditions are in effect only for the e-shop www.yogashop-hlavice.cz. These conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller, who is Petr Neumann, Hlavice 15, 463 48, IČ: 43885217, and the buyer. All purchases are being done according to the Czech law system.

By submitting your order to us, you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The order

An automatic order confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order. We reserve a right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receiving your order.

By completing the order, the buyer confirms, that he has read these Terms and Conditions, he understands them and accepts them completely.

All of the prices are final, if not said otherwise. We are not VAT payers.

Payment and the terms of a shipment
We offer these ways to pay an order:

• By cash at Yoga House in Hlavice

If you are going to pay by bank tranfer, it is necesary to wait for the confirmation of the order (not just an automatically generated email – acceptance of the order). AND ONLY THEN, you should send the money.

All charges for the bank tranfer shall be paid by the buyer.

If you are not filing an order from the Czech Republic or Slovak Republic, the price of the shipment depends on various factors and we will contact you to calculate it individually.

Disputes

All disputes and problems will be solved individually, more precisely according to the Czech legal system.

Personal information

We will use your personal information only for the purpose of completing an order and for contacting you in relation to your order.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions any time.
